Deep cleansing castile soap gently cleans the skin while argan oil, rosehip seed oil, and jojoba oil condition, nourish, moisturize, and sooth the skin and together with beneficial fruit extracts help to protect and prevent damage to the skin, fight and neutralize harmful free radicals, and help to repair, rejuvenate, and revitalize damaged skin.

Castile Soap: Our castile soap deeply yet gently cleanses the skin removing dirt, grime, and environmental elements and toxins skin is exposed to each day.

Organic Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Oil: Jojoba oil is filled with important nutrients, such as vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and vitamin E which are all very nourishing for the skin. It helps to remove excess oils and balance the skin's natural oil production as well being both anti-bacterial and anti fungal which allows it to assist in the reduction of pimples and acne. It is a highly penetrative emollient that closely resembles the natural sebum within the skin and provides excellent non-greasy moisture control as well as possessing natural anti-inflammatory properties.

Extract of Organic Pyrus Communis (Pear): Pears possess important phytonutrients including hydroxybenzoic acids, hydroxycinnamic acids, hydroxyquinones, flavanols, flavonols, anthocyanins and carotenoids which provide the skin with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Organic Argania Spinosa (Argan) Oil: Argan oil is extremely rich with nutrients that make the skin healthy including fatty acids, vitamin E, polyphenols, squalene, ferulic acid and phytosterols. Argan Oil is 80% unsaturated essential fatty acids. The most abundant of which are Omega 9 and Omega 6. These fatty acids help restore the skin's integrity and natural barrier as well as improving moisture levels and helping the skin retain its own moisture resulting in improved softness and elasticity. Vitamin E, polyphenols, and the super anti-oxidant ferulic acid help fight damaging free radicals, aid in bringing nourishment to skin cells, help to protect the skin, and reduce inflammation. Squalene oxygenates skin cells by accelerating new cell growth and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while phytosterols lend anti-aging benefits by promoting new collagen production.

Organic Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Seed Oil: The benefits of rosehip oil have been recognised by the Inca population for hundreds, maybe thousands of years. Rosehip oil comes from the seeds of a type of rose known as rosa mosqueta. The benefits of rosehip oil are due to its amazing collection of over 500 natural ingredients including natural vitamin A (also known as Retinol or Transretinoic acid) which is very effective to help avoid premature ageing, lycopene and beta-carotene both of which are potent antioxidants and protect against damage from free radicals and skin ageing, and fatty acids including omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. It helps to prevent and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles while moisturizing the skin and improving skin tone and complexion.

Extract of Organic Punica Granatum (Pomegranate): Pomegranates have a very high content of very high quality polyphenols antioxidants that act efficiently to neutralize harmful free radicals and help to prevent hyperpigmentation, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles. Pomegranate protects the epidermis and dermis by encouraging skin cell regeneration, aiding in the repair of tissues, healing wounds, and encouraging circulation to skin that is healing.

Extract of Organic Fragaria Ananassa (Strawberry): Strawberries are a natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids and help to remove and dissolve dead skin cells and to exfoliate and renew the skin. They are also rich in salicylic acid and help to prevent and treat acne and other skin irritations as well as conditioning and toning the skin.

Extract of Organic Prunus Avium (Cherry): Cherries contain a wealth of anthocyanins. These anthocyanins possess antioxidant properties which help to neutralize the action of damaging free radicals on skin cells aiding in the prevention of wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots.

All of our face washes are conditioning and moisturizing but some are more so then others due to the nature and amount of the different fruit extracts used in each. While all of the fruit extracts have conditioning and moisturizing properties some have more then others.

As a result of this we recommend trying all of our face washes to determine which one(s) work best for you.

Several factors can influence which face wash(es) work best for you such as the climate where you live (i.e. cool and dry versus warm and humid), your source of water (Some water can be drying to the skin because of how the water is treated and or the source from which it comes), and of course your skin type.

One face wash may work best for you during the summer or warmer times of year when your skin produces more oils as a result of the warmer weather, while another may work best when the weather is cooler and dryer and your skin needs extra moisturization and conditioning.
